Azumanga Daioh , along with Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood , Code Geass , Shakugan no Shana , and Yamato Nadeshiko: The Wallflower , was the foundation upon which my sixth-grade and freshman high school years were built, among other anime in this block back when it was a thing (look for the ones marked 2009 to maybe 2013).
